Research.Lighting is a Brooklyn studio making modern fixtures that feel easy to live with. We focus on proportion, softness, and just enough personality to keep things interesting. Nothing loud. Nothing overworked. Just clear forms that settle into a room and do their job well.

Our pendants float. Our sconces hold the wall. Steel, brass, and glass come together in ways that play with brightness and shadow, shifting the mood without taking over. The pieces are practical, of course, but they are also aware of the atmosphere they create. That balance matters.

Everything is assembled in-house and made to order, so the details stay tight and intentional. We like knowing where our lights come from and where they are going. Simple on purpose. Light without the noise.
